These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Arabic Explorer mobile application ("App").

By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App.

2. User Accounts

2.1 Registration

Some features require an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate information
• Keep your login details secure
• Not share your account with others

2.2 Anonymous Accounts

We may create an anonymous ID before you sign up so your progress can be saved and transferred when you create an account.

3. Licence to Use the App

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

You must not:

• Reverse engineer, copy, or distribute the App
• Use it for illegal or harmful activities
• Attempt to bypass security or manipulate points
• Interfere with other users' experience

4. Subscriptions and Payments

4.1 Subscription Plans

We offer:

• Monthly plan
• Yearly plan

4.2 Free Trial

A 7-day free trial may be available. If not cancelled before the trial ends, it converts into a paid subscription.

4.3 Free Content

Certain content is free, including:

Step 1 of Form I, available without subscription.

4.4 Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled through:

• Apple App Store
• Google Play Store

We cannot cancel subscriptions on your behalf.

4.5 Refunds

Refunds are managed solely by Apple or Google based on their policies.

5. App Content & Intellectual Property

All lessons, stories, quizzes, graphics, characters, code, and design are owned by Hamzah Abdulla.

You agree not to:

• Copy or distribute content
• Create derivative works
• Use content outside the App without permission

6. User-Generated Content

When you submit:

• Feature requests
• Bug reports
• Feedback
• Suggestions

You grant us permission to use this content to improve the App. You agree not to submit unlawful, offensive, or misleading content.

7. Leaderboard and Community Conduct

Certain features allow limited public visibility.

7.1 Leaderboard

• Your display name and weekly XP total may be visible to other users
• Offensive or inappropriate display names are not allowed
• We may remove users who manipulate scores or violate these rules
• The leaderboard may reset periodically (e.g., weekly)

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that:

• Violate these Terms
• Attempt to cheat or manipulate the App
• Pose harm to the App or its users

You may stop using the App at any time. Deleting the App does not cancel your subscription.

9. Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is" and "as available".

We do not guarantee:

• Error-free operation
• Continuous availability
• Specific learning results

Use the App at your own risk.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for:

• Indirect or consequential damages
• Loss of data or learning progress
• Loss of profits, business, or opportunities

Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim (or £0 if you have not paid).

11. Changes to the App

We may add, remove, or modify features at any time.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept them.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
